When will I receive my order? (UAE & GCC)
Dubai:
- Next business day for orders placed before 5:00 PM.
- Same-day (≈4 hours) within Dubai (Mon–Sat, order before 5:00 PM).
Other UAE Emirates:
- 1–2 business days.
GCC deliveries:
- Saudi Arabia (KSA): 2–4 business days
- Oman: 2–4 business days
- Qatar: 3–5 business days
- Kuwait: 3–5 business days
Remote areas may take longer. Sundays & public holidays can extend delivery times.
Are there customs duties or extra charges for GCC orders?
At checkout we only show the shipping fee. Any other charges (customs duties, import VAT, clearance/handling fees) are not collected by Dubai Optical and, if applicable, must be paid by the customer to the courier at destination.
What payment methods are available?
Credit/debit cards, Pay in 4 with Tabby (where available), and Cash on Delivery (COD) in UAE (limits/verification may apply).
Why was my card payment declined?
Most declines are bank security or 3-D Secure timeouts. Try Apple Pay/Google Pay, another card, or choose COD/Tabby.
What is your return policy?
Returns accepted within 7 days if unused, in original condition, with the Dubai Optical authenticity tag attached.

How are international (GCC) returns handled?
Return shipping fee is deducted from the refund after inspection.

Yes. Add a frame to cart and choose RX lenses (blue-light, photochromic, polarized, etc.). RX orders usually add 1–3 business days.

Check the numbers on your current frame (e.g., 52-18-145 = lens width-bridge-temple). Our size guide helps you match fit.
